I just got back from a lovely trip with family to Strasbourg, Champagne and Paris in France. The Christmas markets were glistening, and I enjoyed some of the best champagne in the world (Ruinart, Pommery, Tattinger, and some small production wines that were honestly my favs). What a lovely way to get into the holiday spirit! Have you visited Champagne or Strasbourg before?
And on top of that, I’m thrilled to have spent an extra special evening in London visiting from Nest Wellness. Beth and I have been creating and planning a surprise (to be revealed soon) these last several months over Zoom, and we thought it was high time we met in person. Beth traveled from Northern CA for her special birthday visit to London, and I booked it up from Paris to meet her. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the restaurant ROVI by Yotam Ottolenghi! Highly recommend.
