I hope you had a fabulous weekend. It was rainy here, so we decided to head to Pamplona (90 minutes away from us) to learn more about the Running of the Bulls festival. It’s absolutely insane, and I can’t wait to go in July! We also enjoyed some pintxos—the olive oil garlic mushrooms with egg yolk were my fav.
I wanted to send a quick note today about Substack Notes and would love for you to join me there! About six months ago, I stepped away from posting on Instagram (feel me? Sick of that algorithm?) and switched to posting daily on Notes instead. It’s super easy and a much better way to discover daily recipes, health tips, and more from some of the best writers and recipe developers—myself included.

Notes is a new space on Substack where we can share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more. I plan to use it for things that don’t quite fit into the newsletter, like works-in-progress, small daily messages, or quick questions. Your comments, likes, and responses on Notes are SUPER helpful. 💜
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to Modern Women's Nutrition, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
You can also share notes of your own. I hope this becomes a space where every reader of Modern Women's Nutrition can share thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
