Disclaimer:
Science connecting nutrition with to women’s health and the perinatal journey is relatively new. Until recently, most research was done on healthy, white adult men. And if researched focused on a woman, it was likely not during pregnancy.
So, the information provided here is intended to be cutting edge, bringing you up-to-date modern research on what’s being discovered today.
It’s important to know that there is still MUCH MORE that we don’t know about in women’s health, the perinatal journey and nutrition, than what we do know. I am not a doctor and this information is not meant to be used as medical advice. Please make sure to consult your doctor for any medical questions. This information is solely for the purpose of bringing you easily, digestible information that I am finding from reputable sources, and to help you implement it into your everyday life.
