Like many of you, I’ve been on my own journey with nutrition and wellness since I was 13 years old, and I discovered the power of food and activity. As a young girl, I struggled with feeling out of sync with my body and energy levels. But when I discovered nutrition and movement, I finally felt empowered to take control of my health like I had always dreamt of.
This instigated my lifelong mission of not only exploring food and it’s flavors for myself, but creating delicious nourishing meals for others that they love.
At age 30, after years in the professional culinary world since I was 13, I realized that women weren’t getting the nutritional guidance they deserved—especially when it comes to hormones, metabolism, and overall well-being. So, I made it my focus to change that.
