I really love this interview format. Super informative read! I make my own granola too so that I can have control over ingredients and the sugar. One more tip on sugary drinks- I make cold brew tea. I have fun and use different tea flavors. Then I’ll add sparkling mineral water to give it some fizzzzzz. No sugar needed.
